About
Avenren is a coordination service in Guangzhou. We are not a hospital, a clinic, or a medical provider — and the boundary is not a formality, it is how the business is built.
Guangzhou has seventeen designated international hospitals within half an hour of each other. The medicine is not the hard part. The hard part is everything around it.
Booking apps need a mainland phone number. Payment runs through WeChat Pay or Alipay. Reports, discharge summaries and consent forms are issued in Chinese only, and hospitals do not translate them for you.
Seventeen hospitals, each strong in something different. Picking by reputation alone is how people end up in the wrong queue for a week.
We do the part that is not medicine: records in the right language, the right department, the right appointment, someone in the room, and a report your own doctor can read.
No commission, no referral fee, no markup on the hospital bill. You pay the hospital exactly what the hospital charges, and you pay us a separate, agreed fee for coordination. If a hospital is not the right fit, recommending it earns us nothing — which is exactly why we can say so.
Written down, because a boundary you can check is worth more than a promise you cannot.
Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, before you have agreed in writing what is included.
$199 for the written opinion, and a quoted fee for coordination. No surprise invoice at the end.
We share them only with providers you approve, and you get translated copies of everything back.
If the trip is not worth it, if a department is the wrong one, if a quote looks wrong — you hear it from us first.
$199, five to eight business days after your records are complete, from a partner specialist who practises at a Grade 3A hospital in the Pearl River Delta. Credited in full if you go on to use our coordination service.
